Integrated into a team committed to providing client centred professional services you will be responsible for design assessment, site inspection, advice in respect to a wide range of issues across all aspects, methods and sectors of construction, managing dangerous structures and, where unavoidable, managing enforcement. You will have the ability to operate proactively and with the minimum of supervision in a busy environment.
Croydon Building Control is seeking to fill a variety of roles but for all positions you will need to be enthusiastic, committed to delivering quality customer service and strive to bring forward excellent development. Market Supplement of up to £10,000 per annum + first professional qualification fee paid
Starting salary and position within our extensive career development framework will be dependent on qualification and experience with support and necessary training given to help develop your career in Building Control. Plus generous car allowance and access to suite of corporate benefits. This role is also eligible to be part of the Dangerous Structure out of hour’s team attracting an extra £1,000 plus standby allowance and over time (depending on experience).
