Working across Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth and beyond, you’ll manage a team of surveyors with a diverse, interesting caseload, ensuring our customers receive an excellent level of service. We provide tailored advice and assistance to a wide range of customers, including agents and architects. This is your opportunity to make a positive contribution to the Partnership’s management team, applying your extensive experience to championing and furthering the development of our established and successful partnership. In this senior role, you’ll promote and market our standards and values to generate new business, while also developing relationships with a wide variety of customers and partners. You’ll also be hands on, managing an area team and applying Building Regulations on major projects from initial enquiry to completion and providing high level technical guidance and advice.
With an established career in Building Control, of degree calibre and a full member of RICS, MABE or equivalent, you’re ready to take this next step up. Your excellent people skills include managing and developing a team, an understanding of the importance of good customer service, and lots of initiative and enthusiasm. Along with good ICT skills and a full, valid driving licence, you’ll also have a flexible approach to working hours.
