£40,000-£45-000 per annum depending on experience.

Following our recent successful recruitment, we now seek to recruit an additional Surveyor to be based in our North Yorkshire Offices covering the North of England.
The successful surveyor will enjoy providing a high quality client focused responsive building control service and be keen to assist in the continued expansion of the practice.
The successful surveyor will be expected to work as part of a small team based in our comfortable offices within the North Yorkshire market town of Selby carrying out plan assessment site inspections and all other functions appropriate to ensure the effective running of the practice.
We are currently providing services to a wide range of clients to both retail industrial and the residential sectors of the construction industry covering the full range of projects.
Experience within the private sector although beneficial is not essential as full training and assistance would be provided to the successful surveyor if required.
The successful surveyor will be required to travel on a daily basis to and from various site locations within the North of England with occasional longer distances to satisfy the needs of the practice for which a suitable full expensed company vehicle will be provided.
