Building Control Surveyor

£28,221 - £46,604

37.0 Hours per Week

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Control Surveyor to join our busy, dedicated team responsible for delivering high quality Building Control across an exciting, vibrant and diverse borough.

As a Building Control Surveyor you will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of statutory functions through design appraisal and site inspection services.   Keen to assist in driving forward our growth agenda, you will support and foster relationships with both new and existing customers. 

In taking on this challenge you will be degree qualified in a construction related discipline or have gained chartered status through experience, with appropriate professional membership e.g. CABE, RICS or CIOB.  In addition you must be capable of demonstrating the necessary technical ability and site experience to deliver a comprehensive Building Control service to a wide range of sectors. 

As a service we are committed to delivering services as efficiently as possible and an ability to work flexibly with technology will be required.  You will need a valid driving licence and be able to carry out a comprehensive site inspection service.
