A vacancy has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Building Surveyor to join our friendly successful team of surveyors based in Maidstone Town Centre, the County Town of Kent.
We are seeking to appoint a Principal Building Control Surveyor to help with the day to day management duties of our small but busy Team. You will be supporting the Building Control Manager to operate the service and maintain and enhance our high standards of service delivery and customer care, and to ensure customer requirements and performance targets are met. In addition you will also be responsible for the normal building control duties in your own area.
We are looking for a surveyor who is committed to delivering a first class customer orientated service and have the ability to promote our service in a busy competitive market place. With extensive experience n building control and who is looking to develop their management and professional skills and to contribute to the future development of our service.
The successful candidate should be a professional member of RICS, CABE or CIOB.
