Grade: D-G 
(Level 1 Career Grade Building Control Surveyor Salary £20,136 --£32,637). 
H-I (Level 2 Career Grade Building Control Surveyor Salary £32,637 - £41,847).
Location:  Kingston 
Job Term: Permeant

About the role
We are looking for candidates suitable for within either level 1 or 2 of our Career Grade.
Level one candidates should ideally already be employed in Building Control / studying for, or newly graduated from a Building Surveying degree course. 
However, applicants who can show that they have a particular aptitude towards Building Control or transferable skills from allied disciplines will also be considered 

Level two candidates will either be fully qualified (RICS/CABE) or in the process of becoming qualified. We pride ourselves in helping our staff to unlock their full potential and will fully fund and support APC candidates pursuing Chartered status, in which we have an outstanding success rate.
