The role


Do you have an interest in buildings and construction and want a role where you can make a difference?  If yes, then a career as a Building Control Surveyor may be for you. We have a career grade scheme that will provide opportunities for you to develop and learn on the job, including advancing your commercial awareness and your leadership and management skills.


We are engaged with a wide range of build projects, including the recently completed £450 million Westgate retail development, numerous historical building works within the world famous Oxford Colleges and an extensive variety of developments ranging consisting of small and large scale domestic works and you could be part of this process.


As a Building Control Surveyor your role will be to ensure that Building Regulations, associated legislation and statutory requirements are followed when domestic, mixed use and commercial buildings are designed, constructed, altered, extended or converted. You will be part of a team that delivers results while providing excellent customer service and dealing with a wide range of applications and associated construction projects.
