    Assistant Building Control Officer Salary – £29,213 - £33,390 (Grade F) per annum (dependant on qualifications and experience) plus essential User Car Allowance Hours – 37 per week Do you need a challenge? Can you be part of a friendly and supportive team but also have the knowledge and experience to handle your own work load ? If you are, then the position of Assistant Building Control Officer could be the role for you. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly self-motivated individual who is capable of delivering a high quality technical service to our clients, in a very competitive environment. You will work as part of a small, professional team in a varied and interesting role. The successful candidate will have an ONC or equivalent in Building Studies, recent and relevant experience of working within construction and demonstrable knowledge and understanding of Building Regulations. You will have excellent verbal and written communications skills, along with the ability and confidence to provide advice and guidance to customers and build positive working relationships. You must be IT literate with the ability to adapt to new technology. A full current driving licence and use of a vehicle is essential.
